Vegan Burgers (Kidney Bean)

Ingredients
1/4 cup flaxseed meal1/2 cup rolled oats1 15oz can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed2 cloves garlic, mincedsalt & pepper to taste1/4 cup nutritional yeast1/4 cup barbeque sauce
Directions
preheat oven to 400.
Blend dry ingredients to create a finer consistency.
Combine wet ingredients and blend in a food processer until the beans are mushed - the mixture will be pinkish (I use a hand held blender - a vertical blender does not work since the mixture is too thick).
in a bowl, combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Divide into 4 patties. Set aside for about 5 minutes.
In a frying plan sprayed with olive oil, sear the patties, and then place the patties in a baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes, turning once. (I use parchment paper to line my pan.
