Ingredients
Two Chicken breasts3 Tbsp of Lawry's sesame ginger marinadecumincorianderfrozen veggies
Directions
Beat chicken to tenderize
Chop into small cubes
marianate for 30 mins

Heat saute pan (hot)
spray with pam
throw the chicken in and brown
throw in the veggies
cover and simmer

serve over brown rice
