Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
2 cups quinoa, cooked1 can black beans, drained1/4 cup chopped purple onion1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper (or any other color)1 jalapeno (diced)1/4 cup cilantroDressing4 TBS lime juice1 clove garlic, minced1 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp black pepperchopped cilantro
Directions
Cook quinoa and cool. Add remainder of ingredients. Toss with dressing. Let refrigerate a bit before eating.
