One Minute Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
1 light english muffin1 egg1 slice canadian bacon or ham1 slice 2% american cheese
Directions
Toast english muffin.
Scramble egg in 4" ramekin and cook in microwave for 30 seconds. Place canadian bacon slice over egg and continue cooking for 20 seconds.
Remove egg and canadian bacon from ramekin and place on english muffin bottom. Place cheese slice on top and cover with top of english muffin to complete your sandwich.
