Heaping 1/2 C. Flour1 Dash of Salt3 1/3 tsp. Sugar2 Eggs1 C. Milk, Fat Free 1 Tbsp Butter
Mix everything but the butter in a bowl for the batter. Heat a sloped side skillet and a small piece of the butter (you will butter before each crepe). Pour in a small amount of batter, just less than 1/4 cup. Rotate the pan to distribute the batter. Cook for about 20-30 seconds. Flip to the other side and cook for maybe 5 seconds. Then transfer to a plate and cover with a wet paper towel to keep them fresh.
