Lima Beans cooked from dried beans

Ingredients
Goya lima beans, 12 serving (remove) Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, chopped (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.50 cup, strips (remove) Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove) Lawry's Seasoned Salt (1/4 tsp per serving), 2 serving (remove) Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Pour all ingredients into pan and simmer 2- 2 & 1/2 hours until beans are softened. Last 1/2 hour, smash some beans on the side of the pot to make the beans creamy.
