Ingredients
* Beans, black, 15 oz* Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa 0.5 cup cooked* Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .33 cup * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped * Egg, fresh, 1 large Seasoning ideas include:Cumin, sea salt, cracked pepper, red pepper flakes, Frank's Red Hot Sauce, Srirachi (pepper) sauce,
Directions
Smash black beans into a paste leaving some beans nearly whole. Prepare Quinoa according to package directions. Once finished add to black bean paste. Add egg, onion and bread crumbs. Season to taste. Mix using hands then divide into 5 burger patties. Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F.
