Ingredients
water - 1 1/2 cupsbushs chili beans - 1 canchili ready chopped tomatoes - 1 cantomato paste - 6 oz. can1 lb. ground sirloin, cooked, rinsed, and drained
Directions
Take 1 lb. ground sirloin, cooked, rinsed, and drained; mix with other ingredients; add salt, chili powder,& cinnamen to taste.

serve with salsa, low-fat cheese, and crackers; celery & fruit on the side.
