1 cup reduced-fat low-sodium chicken broth1 cup shredded or diced chicken breast, pre-cooked1 cup fresh mushrooms1/2 cup medium zucchini, chopped1 cup canned red kidney beans1 cup canned green beans, French style1/2 cup (4 oz.) Bolthouse Farms carrot juiceMrs. Dash Original or Chicken Herb blend (salt free)1 T. cracked blacked pepper
Place chicken broth and carrot juice in medium to large saucepan. Add chicken, veggies, and beans. Stir in spices. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes until zucchini, mushrooms, etc. reach desired tenderness. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
