Aubergines with lentils

Ingredients
100 g lentils1/2 tspoon of salt250 g aubergines4 cloves of garlica small and fresh red pepper2 Tspoons olive oil4 Tspoons of water10 spearmint leaves
Directions
1.Cover the lentils with boiling water and soak for 2 hours.
2. Strain, cover with water, add salt and boil for 30 minutes with the lid on. Drain again.
3.Dice the aubergines.
4.Chop the garlic and pepper and saute in oil till ready.
5.Add the cooked lentils, the aubergine dices and the water.Fry for 2-3 more minutes till the aubergine's golden.
6.Add the spearmint leaves, aditate a little using a ladle and remove from heat.
