1 1/2 cups great northern beans1/4 cup almond butter1/4 cup ground flax + 1/4 cup water1/4 cup dates1/4 cup agave nectar1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 cups dry oats1/2 cup hemp protein powder1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder1/2 cup dried cranberries1/2 cup walnuts
Mix beans, almond butter, flax, water, dates, agave & vanilla in a food processor. Stir in oats & mix. Mix in protein powder & cocoa. Stir in cranberries & walnuts. Press into a lightly greased baking dish 9x11 & bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cut & enjoy.
