Rustic Mushroom and Polenta Soup

Ingredients
2 cups fresh sliced or diced mushrooms ( I prefer smaller pieces1 cup diced onions2 cups vegetable broth -low sodium1 tsp fresh thyme1/2 cup dry polenta
Directions
Steam saute mushrooms and onions. Add broth and thyme bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add dry polenta slowly while stirring. Simmer another 10 minutes. Enjoy
