Ginger Root, 2 tsp Cilantro, raw, chopped 1 cupGarlic, 1 tsp *Hot Chili Peppers, 4 peppers chopped*Cumin seed, 1 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
1. grind all the ingredients to a fine paste in a blender.
2. Use as a spread or ad a condiment with finger foods.
3. Will keep in the refrigirator for 3-4 days.
