Curly's Sauceless pulled pork 1 bag (28 ounces) Potato Inspirations Celebration blend (mixed varieties) potatoes, halved1 medium raw onion, chopped2 cups fresh snap beans, in bite size pieces 1 cup carrots, chopped1 medium zuccini, sliced1 tbsp. dried parsley leaves2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped fine1/2 tsp black pepper2 cups water
Cut pork into chunks( it is in one solid piece when the package is first opened.) Place pork and remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cook on high setting until Vegetables are tenderbeans are tender
