Peanut Butter Hershey Kiss Cookies

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 5 cup (remove)Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove)Margarine (Blue Bonnet), 32 tbsp (remove)*Peanut butter (Peter Pan Reduced Fat-Creamy), 28 tbsp (entire container)Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 2 cup, packed (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
- stir first 4 ingredients (set aside)
- In large owl with mixer at medium speed, beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth.
- Beat in sugars until blended.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
- If necessary, chill dough.
- Shape into one inch balls and roll in sugar.
- Flatten top of ball with spatula.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately press Hershey kiss in middle of cookie.
- Let cool and enjoy!
