1 banana, sliced4 oz. cup cinnamin apple sauce0.5 cup lite peach yogurt0.5 cup milk0.5 cup crushed ice
Directions
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediatly.

    I'm giving it 5 stars because it tastes good but not thrilled with almost 300 cals per serving. I solved that by splitting it with my hubby. :o) I'm also trying different variations of fruits. Straw/banana orange/pineapple!!! - 2/16/08
