Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
5 lb Pork Roast1 1/2 cups water1 tsp Cumin3-4 cloves of garlic broke open1 onion VERY thinly slicedSalt to tastePepper to taste 1-1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Directions
Season Roast with cumin, place in slow cooker along with 1.5 cups of water. Cook on high for 2 hrs, then low for 2 hrs.
Shred roast with fork removing bone, gristle, & fat. Remove fat from juice, then replace meat & add garlic, onion, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper. Continue cooking on high until warm, then Low for 2 hrs.
Serve on bread or tortillas with cheese
