D-Veggie Chili-6

Ingredients
3 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 cup, diced Celery, raw, sliced 3 cup, grated Carrots, raw 2 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1/3 cup Catsup, low sodium 1/2 cup Water, tap 1-1/2 tsp French's Worcestershire Sauce 16 oz V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium 4 cup Beans, pinto 6 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds
Directions
Saute celery, grated carrot and onion with oil, until soft. Add chili powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, catsup and water. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Add beans and V-8 juice. Heat until hot. Top with 1 tbsp hemp hearts per serving.
