Chickpea Quinoa Spinach Goodness

Ingredients
-1 can rinsed chickpeas-1 can chicken (or veggie) broth-.75 cup of quinoa-6 tbsp nutritional yeast -.25 tsp onion powder-.25 tsp garlic powder-2 tsp olive oil-6 cups spinach
Directions
1. toast quinoa in 1 tsp olive oil
2. add stock and seasoning to pan
3. add nutritional yeast at any time
4. boil for 15-20 min until liquid is absorbed
5. add chickpeas at last 5 minutes
6. wilt spinach in pan with 1 tsp of oil
7. put it all together and EAT
