Curry Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
Onion, 1 cupFlour, 2 tbspCurry powder, 3 tbspChicken broth, 4 cupsCauliflower, 3 cupsNonfat Milk, 2 cups
Directions
1. Saute onions with extra virgin olive oil until tender.
2. Add flour and curry to onions, then add chicken broth and cauliflower.
3. Let simmer until florets are tender, not mushy.
4. Add milk than let simmer until you have reaching your desired consistency.
