Tortilla, flour - Paul's recipe

Ingredients
Flour - All purpose, 32 tbsp (2 cups)Potatoes - Russet, boiled, 2 ozSalt, .5 tspPepper, black, .5 tspGreat Value Baking Powder, .5 tspHot tap water, 3/4 cup
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Add potato, when you can form the mixture in to a ball, then add water slowly, until becomes doughy.
Measure out 1/10th of the dough, and roll with rolling pin until it is the desired size and thickness. Place in a hot frying pan, with no oils, and heat on each side until lightly browned in spots.
