Ingredients
Brown onion, diced pepper, and ground turkey. Rinse quinoa well in cold water and add to skillet with juice and water, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Uncover and add cheese. Simple, delicious and filling
