Gladys Chicken

Ingredients
50 grams of sliced fresh mushrooms117 grams of chopped chicken ( or 4 drumsticks with the meat removed)50 grams of ham or bacon1/2 chopped onion1 tsp mustard1/2 cube of chicken boullionsalt and pepper to taste4 t of margarine
Directions
slice up everything
mix chicken with mustard and salt and pepper
Melt margarine, fry onions and chicken until chicken is cooked.
Add in mushrooms and ham.
Add in a little bit of water with boullion cube and add a little bit of flour to thicken the sauce.
