Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1 envelope low sodium taco seasoning1/4 cup water1 can black beans, drained8 oz. shredded cheddar jack or cheddar cheese1 - 2 cups fresh salsa (grocery store brand)1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced10 - 14 stand'n stuff taco shells
Directions
Brown turkey, add seasoning, water and beans. Simmer a few minutes. Heat taco shells according to directions on package. Stuff taco shells with meat/bean mixture, cheese, salsa and avocado slices.
