Chicken Spaghetti Squash

4 cups spaghetti squash cooked10 oz. rotel6 oz. cooked and cubed chicken breast6 tbls. parmessan1 pkge cream cheese 3 oz.1 cup heavy cream 1 cup water (optional on how thick)
Cut spaghetti squash in half and place cut end down in microwave safe bowl with water about an inch deep. Cook on high in the microwave for 10 minutes or until you can separate inside with a fork. (will look like spaghetti). Sherd out the inside and set aside.
In sauce pan, mix rotel, cubed cooked chicken cubes, parmessan, cream cheese, and heavy cream (and water if you want it thinner) simmer till cheese is melted and hot. Add spaghetti squash, and serve.
