Clean Eating Lobster and Brie dip

Ingredients
1/2 package of frozen spinach2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup light cream cheese1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese1/4 cup light sour creamdash cayenne pepper1/2 cup chopped cooked Lobster3/4 cup cubed brie cheese
Directions
Cook the spinach and garlic in a steamer. Drain and squeeze out extra water. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese, mozzarella, sour cream, and cayenne until well mixed. Add the spinach, lobster and brie.
Put into a sprayed casserole dish, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until bubbly.
Serve with veggies, blue corn chips, or toasted bread.
