Broccoli Cheese Cassarole

Ingredients
2 lb pkg. frozen broccoli2 C. low fat chedder or Colby cheese1 C. reduced fat Mayo (can sub Miracle Whip)1 can Red fat cream of mushroom soup2 C. reduced fat cheese crackers
Directions
steam or boil broccoli
mix remaining ingredients (Not crackers) together in large bowl. When broccoli is cooked to taste mix with other ingredients, and spread in a cassarole dish. crumble cracker of the top.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
