cook the hwc, 1/2 cheese, and eggs with taco seasoning in a greased pan bake on 400 for 20 min. Cook beef, rotel and taco seasoning till beef is brown. spread beef mixture on egg crust, spread the rest of the cheese on top, place back into the oven till the cheese on top melts. Add lettuce, sour cream , salsa, & avocados when serving.
