Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Onions, raw, 60 grams Splitz Tomato Ketchup Net 500 g, 120 gram(s) Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 tsp *Garam Masala, 1 tsp Chili powder, 1 tbsp *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 1 grams Curry powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp *Cumin seed, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, 0.5 tsp Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Gemini refined soyabean oil Net 1 litre, 30 gram(s)
1) Seperate cauliflower into florets, wash thoroughly. Keep aside.
2) Take shallow utensil. Add oil, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, clove. Temper.
3) Add curry leaves, onions. Saute.
4) Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry.
5) Add chopped tomatoes, salt and fry till it becomes soft.
6) Add garam masala, chilli powder, coriander powder. Fry.
7) Add cleaned cauliflower florets, add 1/4 cup water. Mix well. Cook covered till done.
