Ingredients
1 Cup Chopped Onion3 Cloves Garlic Chopped1 Cup Chopped Tomato2 tbsp Paprika1/2 tsp Cayenne2 Cup Red Lentils1/2 Cup Brown Rice1 Cup Chopped or Sliced Mushrooms8 Cups Low Sodium Vegetable Broth
Directions
Saute Onion and garlic in scant water. Combine remainind ingredients and simmer 30 - 40 minutes till done.
