chicken stock, carrots, parsnips, swede, onion, potato, kale, turkey breast meat
on hob or in oven from 30mins - 2 hours (slow cook on low heat for best taste)... dissolve chicken stock in a mug of hot water twice, add both to cooking pot, chop & peel all veg, throw it all in pot, chop and chuck in turkey pieces (I used fresh breast fillet but you can use strips of a cooked turkey if you've just had one day before)... season with cayenne pepper - done!
