Moose Meat, 3 Lb.Bush's Best Reduced Sodium Pinto Beans, 1 canBush's Best Reduced Sodium Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 can*Green Giant Whole Kernel Sweet Corn (Low Sodium), 2 cansHunt's no Salt Added Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans2 alarm chili kit
Cut Moose meat into small cubes
Brown Moose meat in sauce pan
Place browned moose meat in slow cooker with two cans of tomatoes, three cans of water, two cans of corn and chili powder from kit. let simmer for several hours, then add pinto beans kidney beans and masa flower to thicken. Also add cheyenne pepper to taste (Optional)
Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 - 2 cup servings
