Black Bean and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
1 - 15 oz Can of Low Sodium Black Beans1 - 15 oz Can of Low Sodium Diced Tomatoes5 - tbs Pace Salsa1 - 12 oz Box of Veggie Pasta (HEB).25 cup - Mozzarella Shredded Cheese.5 cup - Mushrooms
Directions
Boil 1 - oz box of Veggie Pasta
Then drain.

In a skillet:
Add 1 - 15oz can (low sodium) diced tomatoes,
Add 1 - 15oz can (low sodum) black beans,
Add 5tbs Pace Salsa,
Add .5 cup mushrooms,
Add .25 cup water
Simmer.

Pour mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with Mozzarella Cheese.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 8 1-cup servings
