Low calorie chocolate mug cake!

Ingredients
2 tsp self raising flour1 and a quarter tsp cocoa powder2 tsp brown sugarPinch of baking powder (not essential but it helps!) A few drops of vanilla essence Enough water to make a smooth mix
Directions
Add all the dry ingredients in a cup
Add vanilla essence and enough water to make the mix smooth
Microwave (my microwave is 100watts) for 1 minute
Allow to cool and enjoy without feeling guilty!

    This really is easy to make, cheap compared to other snack cakes, and very quick to stir up and cook in the microwave. The only thing I did different was a pinch of salt. It works when I'm jonesing for chocolate! - 8/24/15

    recipe does not make 1 cup. there is not enough batter to make more then a slightly thick cookie or pancake. I even doubled the recipe and it was still very flat. not a good recipe for a mug cake unless you want cookies. - 8/22/16

    The cake looks so pretty in the picture, but my cake was gummy and really wierd. Not certain what I did wrong. I used just plain flour and Stevia instead of the brown sugar. Any ideas? - 2/9/16
