Tropical Fruit & Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit, such as mango, papaya, or pineapple- 3 cups apple juice, bottled or made from concentrate- 1 cup silken tofu- ¼ cup lemon juice- 12 ice cubes (or the number needed to reach desired consistency)
Directions
1. Place the fruit, apple juice, tofu, lemon juice, and a few ice cubes in a
blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add ice cubes and blend to reach desired consistency
