Fat free mushroom and wild rice soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedCelery, raw, 0.5 cup, dicedGarlic, 3 clovesWater, tap, 3 cupMushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slicesWild Rice, 0.25 cupThyme, ground, 1 tspRosemary, dried, 1 tspSage, ground, 1 tspSalt, 0.5 tspPepper, black, 0.5 tbsp*Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 1 tsp
Directions
Sweat onions, celery, and garlic in a little water. Add the rest of the ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the rice is cooked. Season to taste.
