Kale and Red Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
1 cup shredded kale1 cup shredded red cabbage.5 cups chopped celery 1 small apple, chopped.25 cups olive or canola oil.25 cups pomegranate juice2 tsp sugar
Directions
Shred kale and cabbage, chop apples and celery, then mix all lightly together. Blend oil, pomegranate juice, and sugar, pour over vegetables and mix lightly.
