Festive Panetonne Bread Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 Panetonne Bread Italpasta (450 gr)3 C Eggnog1 Large Egg1 C Peach (diced)1/4 C Jam (I like my blueberry jam or Cranberry-Orange Jam no sugar - homemade!)
Directions
Preheat oven at 375F. Spray 9X12 baking dish.
Dice bread and add to dish. Dice peach and distribute on top of bread. Mix together eggnog, egg and jam. Pour over the panetonne and peach.
Bake for 45 min. Serve warm!
