Gluten Free Turkey and Beef Meat Loaf

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)Bread Crumbs GF Schar 3T, 1 serving (remove)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Italian seasoningsgarlic powderonion powdersalt
1. Mix everything together until well blended.
2. Add topping (optional).
3. Place into loaf pan that fits your crockpot.
4. Add water to the crockpot, but outside your loaf pan until loaf pain has water up most of the way on its side.
5. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (It will be closer to the 4 hour mark).
Serving Size: makes 8 slices
