Fabio V inspired meatballs

Ingredients
1 # ground beef, extra lean1# ground pork, lean2 to 3 eggs, beaten1 cup ricotta1 cup grated parmesan1 1/2 to 2 cups bread crumbs2 to 3 tbs. italian seasoning1 tbs. onion powder1 tbs. garlic powderspaghetti sauce of choice.
Directions
mix all ingredients together. roll by hand into medium sized meatballs ( between 1/8 and 1/4 cup).
Brown under broiler or in pan on stove top.
mix sauce with some water and pour over meatballs. cover.(I use 2/3 cup for full pan of meatablls)
Simmer meatballs for 15 minutes, then turn over and simmer for 15 to 20 additional minutes, until meatballs are cooked through
