Ingredients
Spaghetti Squash, 8 cupLentils, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 3 cloveCrushed Red Pepper, 2 tspVegetable Broth, 1 cupTomato paste, .25c
Directions
Cook squash.
Cook lentils according to package.
Saute onions and garlic 5 mintues. Add tomato paste, peppers, broth and lentils. Cook 5 more minutes. Puree all except squash. Pour mixture over squash.
