Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs 93% lean ground beef1 cup minced onion1 cup diced red bell peppers3 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup minced cilantro1 small tomato, diced8 oz can tomato sauce1/4 cup alcaparrado (manzanilla olives, pimientos, capers) or green olives1 1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp garlic powder2 bay leaveskosher salt and fresh pepper, to taste
Directions
Brown beef and drain. Add peppers onions and garlic to Pan with beef. Cook 3-4 minutes. Transfer to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cook oh high 3-4 hours or low 6-8. Salt & pepper to taste.
