1 Tbs bacon grease3 potatoes, chopped1/2 cup celery, chopped1/2 large onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, diced1/2 stalk broccoli, chopped4 cheddarwurst links, cut into 1/2 inch pieces1/2 cup milkred pepper flakes to taste1 tsp thyme1 tsp oregano1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Heat pan to medium.
Add bacon grease and red pepper flakes.
Add celery, potatoes, onions. Let cook until onions are just starting to turn translucent. Add garlic and seasonings.
Let cook until potatoes are almost soft. Add milk. Let reduce for 3 minutes, add sausage pieces. Once they are warmed through, and the milk is mostly reduced, it's ready. Enjoy!
