Roasted Edamame

Ingredients
1 cup frozen edamame shelled1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powderdash saltdash black pepper1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Place a silicone baking sheet insert in a baking pan
Pour frozen edamame in baking pan
Coat with olive oil
season with garlic, onion, salt and pepper
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over all and toss
Spread the edamame out in the pan
Bake at 400 degrees for about 18 minutes
