Curry Chicken w Asian Pears

Ingredients
12 ounces chicken breast cut up1 Tbs Olive oil1 Onion2 Asian Pears8 oz. Shitake Mushrooms2 Tbs high quality curry powder2 Tbs rice flour1 C chicken stock1 Tbs Mango Chutney1/4 C half and half
Directions
heat oil and brown chicken. Add onions cover and cook til chicken is done. Remove chicken and onion from pan. Add curry and flour, cook for 3 minutes. Add stock,chutney and cream. Cook stirring constantly until thickened. Return chicken and onion. Add mushrooms and pears. Heat through
