Green Squash Curry

Ingredients
3.5 cup Upo squash 1 cup chopped onion1 medium tomato chopped.5 cup raw channa dal1 tbsp coriander seed1 tbsp sesame seed3 tbsp canola oil.5 cup coconut milk.5 tsp chili powder1 tsp curry powderwater
Directions
heat 1 tbsp oil in wok
roast channa dal and sesame seeds over low fire
cool
in a grinder, combine channa dal, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, chili powder and grind until powdered.

in wok, heat remaining oil, saute onion, tomato, Upo squash. cook until Upo almost soft

add coconut milk and water to form a gravy like consistency

cook 10 minutes longer


cooked weight 1287 grams
