Spicy Jamaican Jerk Beef Kabobs

1 lb beef cubes/stew meat1 large sweet potatoes cut into cubes1 TBL allspice1TBL chinese 5 spice (components listed out in recipe if you want to make your own2 tsp hot sauce/tabasco2 C cubed/chopped onion
Combine spices and hot sauce, rub over meat and place meat into bag and into the fridge for 10 minutes. Peel and cube sweet potato. Bring small saucepan of water to boil and cook potatoes until fork tender. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning. Thread potatoe, onions and meat onto skewer. Cook on grill to preferred doneness.
