Healthy Guacamole Tacos

Ingredients
3 White Corn Tortillas1/4 Large Avocado1/3 Cup Cottage Cheese, 2%1 Cup Grape Tomatoes1 Lime Wedge1 Cup Fresh Spinach (washed and dried)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Toast tortillas on a large skillet until slightly brown. In a small bown, mash and mix avocado with cottage cheese until smooth. Squeeze lime wedge into mixture and mix well. Slice tomatoes in halves and stir into avocado mixture. Place tortillas on a plate and spread fresh spinach on each one. Scoop 1/3 of the avocado mixture into the center of each taco, add salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy!
