Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 3 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove) Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz) (remove) Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (remove) Powdered Sugar, 1 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)10 baby carrots raw, 3 serving (remove)
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken just until golden; place in a slow cooker and set aside.Add garlic, onion, and curry powder to skillet; saute briefly. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours. You can serve it over rice; sprinkle with almonds.
