Ingredients
Soup Base:2 1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey meat (white & dark, no skin)5 stalks celery chopped1 cup chopped carrots1 medium onion chopped4-5 bouillon cubes8 cups waterDumplings:1 cup flour1 tsp baking powder2 eggs
Directions
Bring water to a boil, add chopped celery, carrots, onion, turkey & bouillon cubes. Reduce heat, simmer for 1 hour. Raise heat to a boil again, mix baking powder, flour & egg to make dumpling batter. Drop in almond size spoonfuls in boiling soup and cook an additional 5 minutes.
